Donnie Osborn is the Director of Adult Education in KEDC’s 11 counties, Donnie oversees all operations and advocates for adult learners. He has several years of experience in the field, coming from the classroom as an instructor for Martin County. He supports staff in each center by ensuring performance is met and/or exceeded and by making sure instructors have what they need to be successful in all aspects from professional development to technology and curriculum. The counties under KEDC include: Greenup, Boyd, Carter, Martin, Elliot, Lawrence, Menifee, Lincoln, Boyle, Mercer, and Garrard.
